4. Google Consent Mode v2

We implement Google Consent Mode v2 in “Advanced” configuration. This means:

Google’s analytics and tag-management scripts load on every page.
Before you make a choice, we tell Google that consent is denied for advertising and analytics signals. Google receives cookieless pings (no identifier set) so basic site activity is visible to us in aggregate without storing identifiers on your device.
When you grant consent through the banner, we send Google an updated state. From that point on, cookies are set and full analytics events are sent.
When you reject or withdraw consent, no cookies are set and no identifiers are stored.

We also enable IP redaction (ads_data_redaction) when marketing consent is denied.

5. Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity does not implement Google Consent Mode v2. We therefore only inject the Clarity script when you have granted analytics consent. The Clarity project is configured to mask input fields by default so we never capture what you type into forms.

6. Tidio (chat)

The Tidio chat widget is only loaded when you have granted marketing consent. If you have not, the widget is never injected and no Tidio cookies are set. You can chat with us via email instead at info@icsuniverse.com.

7. Manage your consent

You can change your cookie choices anytime:

Most browsers also let you block cookies or delete them entirely. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break the site’s ability to remember your consent choice, which means we’ll ask you again on every visit.

8. Changes

We will update this policy when we add or remove cookies, change providers, or change the consent UX. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; the “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
