SERVICE LAYER L.7 · INDUSTRY PLATFORMS

Industry Platforms

Sector-specific accelerators emerging from real delivery.

Inspection workflows, permit management, B2B trading networks, conversational analytics. Patterns we've delivered repeatedly across the Gulf, North America, and Asia — now packaged as reusable platform accelerators.

WHAT WE DELIVER

Six platform accelerators.

[L.7.1]

Regulatory Workflow Engine

Multi-stakeholder approval chains, evidence collection, escalation, audit traceability. Designed for regulators, energy authorities, federal ministries, and licensing bodies.
[L.7.2]

Inspection & Permit Platform

Field-ops mobile, offline sync, role-based assignment, GIS overlays, citizen-facing application portal. Pattern shipped across Gulf and global regulators.
[L.7.3]

B2B Trading Network

Partner onboarding, EDI translation, AS2/SFTP, document validation, contracted SLA per partner. Modern replacement for legacy webMethods Trading Networks estates.
[L.7.4]

Conversational Analytics

Natural-language query over governed enterprise data with row-level security, citation, and explainability. Mirrors the AI Insight product approach.
[L.7.5]

Citizen Services Platform

Identity-integrated digital service portal — appointment booking, document submission, status tracking, multi-language. Built for accessibility-grade public sector.
[L.7.6]

Pattern Productisation

We turn the patterns we've shipped repeatedly into reusable accelerators — your engagement gets a head-start rather than a green-field rebuild.

FAQ

Common questions on industry platforms.

FAQ.01How is this different from custom development?

We have delivered the same architectural pattern repeatedly across multiple clients — regulatory workflow engines, B2B trading networks, inspection and permit platforms, conversational analytics. The accelerator is the pattern: the architecture, the standard integrations, the audit surface, the operating model. Each engagement still involves custom configuration and integration; the saving is on the architectural decisions that have already been made.

FAQ.02Are these productised products, or accelerator templates?

Closer to accelerator templates today. The architecture, integration patterns, and operational model are well-understood from delivery; the productisation work — packaging, licensing, broader configurability — is in progress and varies by accelerator. We are honest about which accelerators are productised and which are pattern libraries; ask for the specific accelerator and we will give you the current state.

FAQ.03Can we own the resulting code?

Yes. The default commercial model is custom delivery on the accelerator pattern, with the resulting platform fully owned by the client. We are not running a subscription-revenue play on these; the accelerators exist to compress delivery time, not to create a vendor-lock relationship.

FAQ.04What is the typical delivery time for an industry-platform engagement?

Three to nine months for the first deployment of an accelerator into a specific client environment, depending on the integration surface and the regulatory scope. Subsequent expansions onto the same platform are usually faster because the operating model is already in place.

FAQ.05Which accelerators are most mature?

The regulatory workflow engine and the B2B trading network accelerators are the most mature — both reflect repeated delivery across multiple clients. The conversational analytics accelerator is currently being productised inside our AI Insight roadmap. The inspection and permit platform sits between: well-established as a pattern, productisation in progress.
