The mandate
You bridge front-line support and deep engineering. You handle secondary triage, coordinate L3 hand-offs, carry on-call rotation for priority incidents, work complex service requests, and implement minor changes under release control. Two remote openings on a senior-led support team where the work has to run around the clock.
Responsibilities
- Perform secondary triage and coordinate hand-off to L3 engineering.
- Carry on-call rotation for priority (P1/P2) incident cover.
- Work complex service requests across modules.
- Implement minor changes under release control.
- Contribute to the known-error database and runbooks.
Requirements
- 4+ years in application support spanning L2 and L3 hand-off responsibilities.
- Comfort with on-call rotation and priority-incident response.
- Working knowledge of integration, database, and front-end issue patterns.
- ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change discipline.
- Able to work remotely, including rostered on-call.
