The mandate

You will own transformation engagements with Gulf government authorities and enterprise clients across the GCC. These are not advisory-only mandates; you are accountable for architecture decisions, delivery cadence, and outcomes that hold up under regulator review. The work spans regulatory platforms, AI-native applications, and integration backbones, and the brief is always the same: build the system the institution can defend in front of an auditor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation engagements end-to-end: strategy, architecture, delivery, post-go-live ownership
  • Engage with senior government and enterprise stakeholders as the senior practitioner on the engagement
  • Translate compliance requirements into architecture decisions, not retrofit constraints
  • Coach delivery teams across integration, AI, BPMS, and API management practices
  • Own commercial conversations: scoping, SOW depth, risk articulation, change-order discipline

Requirements

  • 12+ years delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programmes
  • Demonstrable Gulf or wider GCC delivery experience with government or regulated enterprise clients
  • Architecture depth across at least two of: integration, AI, BPMS, API management
  • Senior client-facing presence — comfortable signing off architecture and standing behind it under audit
  • Fluency in commercial structure: SOW shape, risk articulation, change discipline
