The mandate
You are the technical authority on the platform. You lead the deepest level of problem resolution, own architecture decisions for in-scope changes, govern releases, and coordinate with the technology OEM. This is a UAE-anchored hybrid role at the centre of a senior-led support operation — design authority and complex-escalation owner in one.
Responsibilities
- Hold technical authority for the platform and lead all L3 incident and problem resolution.
- Make architecture decisions for in-scope changes and own release governance.
- Coordinate with the technology vendor on defects, patches, and lifecycle planning.
- Lead change impact assessment and act as the escalation point for complex issues.
- Mentor senior engineers and uphold design and operational discipline.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise integration / application engineering, with architect-level responsibility.
- Deep hands-on expertise across an enterprise integration stack (integration server, messaging, API gateway, BPM).
- Strong grasp of release governance, RCA discipline, and performance engineering.
- Experience coordinating with technology OEMs on defect and lifecycle management.
- UAE-anchored / able to work on a hybrid basis with UAE availability.
